REFUND POLICY

Web-Store Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and must be in original packaging.  Full refund or exchange will be given for items returned within 15 days.  15% restocking fee charged if returned after 15 days.   No returns accepted on electronics of any kind.

No refunds given after 30 days.  

Refund Policy on website purchases:

email winchdrivertools@gmail.com for an RMA number within 15 days of original purchase date.  Any return requests made from 15-30 days after purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be in original packaging and returned within 7 days after receipt of the RMA number.    No returns will be processed after 30 days after the original date of purchase.

We do not return products that have been installed and used for a full refund you must email us and work with our customer service center to figure out your concerns if your having lifting problems drill information and technical service will be provided just call our customer service phone number on our main home page tab.
