To return any products u must contact customer service by email to receive a return RGA #  email

Any returns returned to us may be subject to a restocking fee any new opened products must be returned as new not used or opened for a full refund. We have a 7 day return policy meaning if u contact us after you receive the product and want a full refund u can request an RGA number and will get information as to where u can send us your product back to us the buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless we made a mistake on our end then we will cover it. We do not return products that have been installed and used for a full refund you must email us and work with our customer service center to figure out your concerns if your having lifting problems drill information and technical service will be provided just call our customer service phone number on our main home page tab.   

Our tool warranty covers the Icnut tool (nut driver) only for breakage for a lifetime to the original owner proof of purchase may be required in some cases. The yellow zinc retainer clip is not covered by the manufacture but can be found at most hardware stores. We do not warranty any rust concerns we have done our best to provide heavy zinc to the ICNUTS winch driver nut which was tested for extreme road salt conditions. Either way we will resolve your concerns and make sure you are happy with your purchase or the return process.

Winch's purchased from ICNUTS u must keep your receipt u received in your email from us for any warranty concerns we will help you thru the process for most issues if any also they do not cover rust damage they have added zinc to prevent rust as much as possible.

All furnace parts we ship are electrical items we do not return any furnace items after you have purchased them from us we have had several people order our products as test parts and try to return them because that was not the part that had failed etc. We do offer a video on furnace tips look for it on each furnace part item.

Winch cables can be returned if made incorrect or photo maybe needed to resolve your concern for a new cable we will handle any concerns in a timely matter cables are made from the best stainless cable we can find we do not warranty cables for rust new cable pulleys must be replaced and lubricated for cables to last and work properly a 30 day warranty will be provided to customers that replace both cables and pulley's kits from us if there is some kind of defect on how your cable is made crimped etc.
